I’m not going to be around during, what can I do?
The BEST part about registration is that you can access the link and sign-up anywhere, from most devices, with an internet connection! You have until August 31 to submit your form! Try out the links above and give the Microsoft Form registration a shot!
I do not have access to a computer or an internet connection to register, what can I do?
Athletes or their supports who can not access a computer or the link on any of their devices, or need help completing the registration, are welcome to come to book an appointment or come to the office on Tuesday’s!
We will have computer stations set up for you to complete your online form!
I registered! Now, how can I pay?
There are many ways to pay! We will not be accepting payments until on September 17th. Come down to Payment Day, your enrollment will be checked and you will be able to pay for all of your programs in full by cash, cheque, credit, or debit. Won’t be around for Payment Day? No problem! You can come into the SOE office during regular business hours (Tuesdays , 8:30 am to 4:00 pm) to complete your payment. Cheque or cash can be mailed to the office at 16011 118 Ave NW Edmonton, AB T5V 1C7. Cash or cheque can be deposited in our mail slot after hours – please enclose in an envelope with the athlete’s name and their enrollments on the envelope or written on a note inside.
