Youth Programs

These programs develop sport related motor skills along with training and competition while improving development of physical, cognitive and social abilities.

NOTE: We request that the parents of the young athletes (ages 2 – 4) provide someone to stay with their child  (parent, older sibling, aid, etc) until the head coach of the program feels comfortable. For ages 4 to 6 we are having this unparented.

Active Start (Ages 2 – 6)

This program is designed to introduce young athletes to the world of sport and improve their social skills. It will focus on the basics that are crucial to cognitive development and on physical activities that develop motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

Youth Multi-Sport Program (Ages 7 – 14)

Young athletes will explore the social element of sport – including team work, sportsmanship, being a fan, etc. through different sports! Much like an inclusive gym class, athletes will participate in units and will get the opportunity to try out various different sports to see what they like best. We will work on development of sport and social skills in a fun and relaxed environment where athletes can explore the world of sport and learn how to make it their own! Sport units will be announced prior to program start.
