Special Olympics Involvement
How long he has been involved with Special Olympics
I think about 10 years, not sure.A friend told me about Special Olympics and how much fun it was.
Programs and events he is involved with
Softball, swimming, 5 & 10 Pin bowing and I used to play indoor and outdoor Soccer.
How Special Olympics has impacted his life
I met some good friends and I really enjoy playing on a team. It gets me out of the house and exercising.
His advice for someone new who wanted to become involved with Special Olympics
Sign up, it is a lot of fun, we have awesome coaches and meet alot of great people.
A memorable Special Olympics moment for him
Traveling to Nova Scotia and playing softball in the National Summer Games, bringing home the silver medal.
