An introduction to circuit strength training, this program is designed to get your heart pumping while building strength and having fun! Complete with an instructor, participants will use interval training to do a simple yet challenging workout. The workout will include both strength training machine and body weight exercises! This program is designed to focus on fitness for life, and to give athletes an introduction to fitness in a gym-like setting.
